Exciting Changes to Warranty and Preparation Standards

We regularly review our service offering, to ensure we can always try and give the best for our customers, and as the business grows, we can continue to invest in our product and service offering.

From 15th October 2025, the following changes are being made:

Tyres

All of our vehicles are 115-point inspected, and tyres are checked as part of this process. If a tyre has below 3mm central tread, or has a puncture we either replace the tyre, which could be a part worn or new tyre, or perform a puncture repair to the tyre. As the business has grown, we have continued our investment in skills and equipment, and we now have tyre machinery on-site. From 15th October, any tyres not meeting our standard within our 115-point check, will now be replaced with brand new tyres.

Warranty

All of our warranties are administered on a non-profit basis, and are therefore designed with the best interests of the customer in mind. All of our vehicles include a minimum of 3 months of our base cover warranty, Prestige warranty, as standard, which covers most aspects. Did you know over 80% of our mechanical preparation bills are well within the coverage offered?

Customers may elect to upgrade their warranty to 1-3 years Prestige+, or Platinum cover, which include more comprehensive cover, and will help cover any significant faults that may develop over an extended period of time. We are now enhancing our coverage limits, to exceed typical limits across the industry:

Prestige coverage will now increase to £600

Prestige+ coverage will now increase to £2,500

Platinum coverage will now increase to £3,500
