Benefits from a 7-day money-back guarantee on selected vehicles. If your vehicle develops a significant fault, you can return the car to us within 7 days from the day of collection/delivery for a full refund.
Conditions of the guarantee:
- You must notify us in writing first, and arrange an appointment for return or inspection of the vehicle
- This guarantee applies to selected vehicles only, and shall be stated in the description and/or listing of selected vehicles
- We have the right to inspect the vehicle to ascertain whether a fault rendering the vehicle unfit for purpose on the road has developed. Minor faults are excluded
- The vehicle must not have been driven more than 150 miles
- The vehicle needs to be returned in the originally provided condition
- The original payment method will be refunded, and our normal Terms of Business and Anti-Money Laundering Policy still apply
- Additional extras are non-refundable
- We will not be liable for any other costs, damages or losses incurred
