We provide warranty for our vehicles. As standard, a minimum of 3 months comprehensive Prestige warranty is included with most vehicles. This can be extended to up to 3 years, with our Prestige+ warranty from £445, or choose to become a Platinum Customer from just £595, getting your annual services included.

As standard, most of our vehicles include our Prestige warranty, a comprehensive warranty administered by our non-profit Prestige Warranty Fund. Customers may choose to purchase an extended warranty for 12, 24 or 36 months, or choose to upgrade to our Platinum Customer Warranty, which lasts for either 12 or 24 months and includes annual services included in the price. All vehicles are sold according to Our Promise, including a full vehicle inspection and are sold with no known defects, unless otherwise stated as part of the sale. However, used vehicles are exactly that, and sometimes can go wrong at any point in their life. That’s why we include a comprehensive and upgradable minimum 3 month warranty with most of our vehicles.

We encourage our customers to consider which warranty product is best for them, and are on hand to explain any details. We recommend you purchase the warranty term and level of cover with the vehicle, as rates are up to 70% lower than purchasing separately. Additionally, many warranty companies won't cover vehicles over 10 years or 100,000 miles unless the warranty is purchased through the dealer at point of sale.

Levels of Cover:

  • Prestige - Top-level dealer-provided base cover on most vehicles. Our comprehensive return-to-base warranty using our trusted garages, and covering listed electrical and mechanical components not on the exclusions list, plus additional benefits and discretionary wear and tear cover, with a coverage limit of up to £600
  • Prestige+ - Top-level cover available for 1, 2 or 3 years. Our comprehensive cover can be used at our trusted garages, or any garage nationwide (labour rate cap applies). Like Prestige cover, this warranty covers all electrical and mechanical components not on the exclusions list, plus additional benefits and discretionary wear and tear cover, with an enhanced coverage limit up to £2,500
  • Platinum Customer - Become a Platinum customer and benefit from our top-level dealer-provided cover available for 12 or 24 months. Our most comprehensive warranty, incorporating everything from our Prestige+ warranty, plus even more comprehensive coverage up to £3,500, and includes your annual vehicle service, or get a £50 Amazon voucher.

    Warranty Terms

    The actual warranty product for your vehicle may vary based on age, condition and mileage. For more information, please enquire with us for for the specific terms and options for your vehicle. The buyer is responsible for ensuring they choose the warranty package which best meets their needs and requirements. It is important to note that whilst the warranties we provide are comprehensive and cover premature failure, no warranty is a substitute for wear and tear.
